It is a place where all of your contacts will be dropping in, acquired from different modules. For example,

Any person approaching you through Interactions, he/she will be added in contact hub as 'Lead' (if not exists already).

If someone is approaching you from Bookings (external booking form or internal from platform), he/she will be added in Contact Hub as 'Customer' (if not exists already).
